This is the first step in ordering your personalized oil painting: 1- Consulting Subject 2- Delivery Setup 3- Deposit Payment 4- Review and Revise How to order your personalized oil painting [follow these 4 easy steps!] 1- Consulting Subject: Send our experts the photo you want us to paint. Our experts will review your file and check its clarity and quality. If your photo is suitable, our technical expert will contact you within one working day. 2- Delivery Setup: Confirm the delivery date of your painting. The delivery date of your painting will depend on the size, technique (black pen, pastel, watercolor, etc.), and the number of orders we have. We will inform you of the delivery date after we receive and approve your photo. 3- Deposit Payment: Pay the invoice and make a deposit. We will issue and send you an invoice for your oil painting after we agree on the details. To finalize your order, you need to pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit. 4- Review and Revise: We will send you a picture of your painting one day before we ship it to you. You can give us your feedback and request any changes before we finish the work. Then, we will be able to deliver your painting by mail depending on the delivery location or you can come and pick up.
